Default LED lights

I have a 2003 E39 and converted its rear turn signal lights into LED bulbs. One works, the other doesn't. I suspect that it's because of the different polarity of the bulb. Does anyone have some thoughts and ideas to share why it's not working?
I'd appreciate any feedback. Thank you in advance.

Sorry to hear. I recommend visiting an automotive electrician to check it out.

Cheers, Daniel.
