E39 528i 1998 Help on my car maintenance. What to look for from now on.

My car is a 1998 5 series 528i Touring with almost 230000 kms and i bought it with near 225000, made a checkup and then went to an Inspec II before i get it!

Well when i bought my car it had made an Inspection II with 225000 kms so i need some help to know what can i expect from now on with maintenance:

i bought it knowing it has been on BMW dealers just till 140000 kms.

Now it went to a dealer and made an Insp II where it changed:

- engine oil Castrol Longlife 04 0w30
- filters (oil and air)
- AC belts and other belts i suppose related to these like these one i dont know what means 6PKX1555
- some rear axle rubbers i dont remember correct name but it is related to suspension
- microfilters
- some silentblocks
- brake discs/pads
apart from these nothing more important.

So, i would like to have an idea of what am i expecting to change for next time i went to inspection I/oilservice or what will be next service...

Hi! just to give you heads up you have a great car I own obne myself my is a 2000 528I, in regards to maintance they dont give you any trouble, the other things you should consider is replacing your valve cover gasket, at the same time your spark plugs and if you would like to go all out the 4 oxygen sensors. all these thing can be done by you if you have some mechanic abilities. try taking some time and take a good look at your engine and you will notice is not as bad as some people think,.
