A clay bar only takes off overspray and minor road elements from the paint. Hand polishing will not do it also.... my best advise is to have someone who knows how to use a high speed buffer.3M compound with a wool pad and a 3M polish with a foam pad then hand wax it by hand to seal the paint.

it depends on the clay bar which type you use and smooth medium or hard.
