"BeastPower hooking a brother up . . .

Well, my sway bar brackets finally broke! It wasn't too hard to miss this given the noise coming from the bottom of my car. Even though the brackets are pieces of junk, the fact that they busted forced me to get off my butt and get to installing my rear sway bar.

I also wanted to install the TCD brackets that I had heard about. Fortunately, BeastPower was able to overnight the pieces to me. The TCD brackets look and feel very strong. While having the brackets and the sway bar installed, I decided to get a strut brace installed too. I just couldn't help myself! I am so weak . . .

The results: As "Goldmember" would say, the car now has a "taught body." It is real nice and "taught." Overall the understeer is a noticeably less and the car feels more solid. Just the way I like it.

Two thumbs up on the TCD brackets, Dinan sway bar, and Dinan front strut brace. BeastPower provided great (and very timely) service, given the short notice."

Firstly and foremost it was finding your web site, more specifically listening to the sound files of the M5 exhaust systems that actually caused me to purchase and M5 in the first place....that's right! I didn't even own an M5, it was the incredible sound presented to me by the Tubi Style exhaust that sealed the fate, and the purchase of the M5 was made.

"Just picked up my car after installation of the Tubi exhaust. Without exaggerating, I can tell you that I am ecstatic with the results. I asked a lot of questions, and thanks to the members of this discussion board, I got access to audio recordings of various exhaust systems. I also talked with Daniel at Beastpower for quite a while, and he was very forthright and honest. He advised me that for what I wanted (nice deep sound without sounding like an 18-year old out to prove I had the loudest car in town), that the Tubi would be the best fit. And boy was he right. It sounds just incredible. Nice and low, with the V-8 growl unleashed a little bit, but no increased noise in the cabin. I may be hallucinating, but I think I can feel the slight increase in top end HP, also. Looking at the stock exhaust lying on the floor of the shop, I can't fathom what BMW engineers were thinking when they made that thing. If it were a set of coronary arteries, my car would have been dead of a heart attack long ago. The pipes are compressed just behind the cats, the resonators are small, the pipes take hard angles (up to 60 degrees at times) and the 4 mufflers look like oversized cans of Fosters beer. Combine the improved airflow with the sleek look, nice sound, and lighter weight, this was a great first step to take in improving my car's overall performance. Talk to Daniel at BeastPower about getting one for your M5 and you'll see what I mean. Next step, the Dinan differential in mid April. Can't wait."
